Went during off-season and everything was ok, room was a little tacky but definetly clean. No problem with noise from inside the hostal, a little from outside but in general the place was ok. Shower was hot so that's nice. Summary: ok for a short stay, as it's a little out from the center.

This place has either very good reviews or very bad. We had a very good experience during our holidays in Malaga. The location is central, close to bus stations, it has an elevator (friendly to people in wheelchairs, too), and at walking distance from the historical center and turist sights. The rooms are clean and have cable TV. The hostel is quiet, the Wi-Fi is free and works very well. Some rooms have a bathroom, others are with shared bathroom-they're both clean. The towels and bed linen are provided. They aren't of silk, cashmere, or of gold, but they're clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The price is advantageous for the general prices in this area.

I have to correct. These 1-star reviews does not do the place justice. It seems people want to get Waldorf Astoria when they paid 20 €. In conclusion, The girl in the reception was helpful and friendly, the rooms have great value, good location, shower was hot, there great curtains to block the sun and windows big as doors, a tv and the ceiling has a funny wallpaper with maps and cute penguins. I would surely recommend this place for a young travel-couple on a budget. Thanks!
